Care for the environment forces us to replace the usual disposable packaging with paper, cardboard, and glass. But, firstly, these materials do not always conform the necessary qualities, secondly , they also require further recycling. Bioplastic is the alternative.

PLA (Polylactide) and PBS (Polybutene) are biodegradable polymers obtaining from corn or sugarcane by polymerization. After a while, Polylactide and Polybutene naturally decompose into biomass, carbon dioxide and water under environmental conditions. So, products made of PLA and PBS are environmentally friendly.
PLA has the properties of PET granules and PBS is more approximate to Polyethylene and Polypropylene. These Bioplastics are very suitable for film production (blow, cast, agricultural), food packaging, disposable dishes and cutlery, 3D printing.
Lymertin Company also offers BioPlastic compound specially developed for production of blown film. The compound is a combination of PLA and PBS.
Biodegradable plastic granules very easy replace PE, PET, PP in the production because they can be processed on the same equipment.
