Rotational Molding, also called rotomolding or rotocast, is a thermoplastic process of producing hollow and seamless plastic parts.
LYMERTIN offers a variety of butene and hexene grades for rotational molding with MFI from 3.2 to 7 g/10 min, and density 0.932 to 0.938 g/cm3. This allows to choose a suitable grade for your own production. Each grade is made as granules and as powder with environmental stress cracking resistance. Six of seven grades contain the additive "UV stabilizer" which protects products from loss of mechanical and physical properties.
All grades are perfect for water and chemical tanks, outdoor storage containers, toys and playground equipment.
